Started as a Trainee Programmer at DSRC in 2010, working up to Senior Developer across web and desktop projects in C#, ASP.NET and WCF/WPF. Joined Wells Fargo International Solutions in 2015; now a Lead Software Engineer and Vice President, leading cross-functional teams as Alternate Technical Manager for enterprise applications, with end-to-end ownership of delivery, architecture, and production governance across distributed India–US Agile teams.
Led the 2021 collocation of MDT to India — the first EFT line-of-business application engineered and supported entirely from India — and has since driven the shift toward Generative AI in engineering operations: GENIE AI (~70% projected effort reduction across its reverse-logistics team) and an internal GenAI recommendation platform that saved roughly 11,000 engineering hours. Outside of that, builds independent, open-source versions of the same class of problems — the projects below are personal work, built on his own time with his own code, not Wells Fargo systems.
Currently based in Chennai and open to opportunities across Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, and Bangalore. After 16+ years in technology, I'm fully open to relocating for the right leadership, architecture, or engineering opportunity. At this stage of my career, the quality of the role, scope of ownership, engineering challenge, impact, and long-term growth matter more than geography.
